It’s more like free webhosting but webhosting to. So, about free webhosting, for my new blog I am using http://www.000webhost.com (sorry for having to break the link on the url but wordpress.com doesn’t alow that link) but there is this awsome site were you have lots of useful webhosting site links and you can compare the advantages and disvantages of them the site is http://www.freehostingsites.net/php so go check it out, I normally upload wordpress to the hosting website.
